SHIPPING RETURN POLICIES: All shipping and handling is included in the USA via first class mail on jewelry and small items. All items totaling more than 13 ounces. will be shipped by Priority Mail, UPS or FEDEX, whichever is least expensive. Insurance is optional  if necessary. Destination:  We now ship outside the continental U.S. (48 states). Shipping to the UK is $14.00, $1.00 for each additional item. Canada is $10.00 and $1.00 for each additional item. Larger items, such as tart warmers, will be $16.00 to the UK, each additional 3.00. Larger items to Canada will be 12.00, each additional @3.00.   Process Time:  All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (except custom orders/3-4 business days). Delivery close to holidays will take longer so please remember this when placing an order. You may also do pickup w/24 hrs. notification.  We do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.  Return Policy:  All damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Return of damaged item(s) must be within 7 days.
